EngageBot.PRO guide

Everything you need to run your engagement groups: from your first bot to the advanced features. Search for a word or start from the shortcuts.

๐Ÿ” How an engagement group works #

In an engagement group members exchange interactions: to post your own, you first engage with the others'. The bot does the checking for you, always the same way.

1

The member asks for the list

They send /list (or tap the List button) and the bot sends them, in private, the posts to engage with.

2

They post their link

The bot checks they engaged with the last N posts (for example Dx20) or with those of the last N hours (Dx24h).

3

The bot decides

If everything is fine the post stays, in a nicer format or with a reaction. If something is missing the post disappears, the member gets the missing posts in private and, if warns are on, a warning.

The bot works with four networks, each with its own interactions:

๐Ÿ“ธ InstagramLikes, comments, story views, saves and video views.
๐Ÿงต ThreadsReplies and reposts.
๐• X (Twitter)Replies, retweets and views. In beta.
๐ŸŽต TikTokLikes, comments and views. In beta.

Every check on a post is a request to the network, and your plan has a number of them per day. How many you need โ†’ Posts a member didn't engage with are missed engagements: you'll find them all in the table of the same name, with who and when.

Next: ๐Ÿš€ Get started in 3 minutes โ†’

๐Ÿš€ Get started in 3 minutes #

With EngageBot.PRO you get your own Telegram bot that enforces the rules of your engagement groups: whoever wants to post must first engage with the posts in the list. Three steps and you're running.

1

Create your bot

Tap the button: @EngageProBot opens, you confirm the name and the bot is ready, already connected to the panel. No BotFather, no token to copy, and the bot stays 100% yours.

Already have a bot made with @BotFather? Log in with your Telegram, or with the bot token.

2

Add it to your group

Pick the group on Telegram and confirm the suggested admin permissions: the bot joins as an admin and the group activates by itself, while the panel page moves on by itself.

โš ๏ธ It needs a supergroup. A brand new group is โ€œbasicโ€: the bot tells you what to do and activates by itself once it becomes a supergroup (making the bot an admin is usually enough).
3

Start with 7 days free

When your first group is activated, the trial starts on the Starter plan, no card needed. If you choose a plan before it ends, the remaining days are added on top. The trial is one per Telegram account and one per group.

Next: โš™๏ธ Set up your group โ†’

โš™๏ธ Set up your group #

Every group has four pages in the panel, but one is enough to start well: the automatic configuration. You can fine-tune the rest whenever you like.

1

Choose the group style

Open the group page and tap Automatic Configuration: answer four questions (how many posts or hours to engage back, group type, mirror, warns) and pick a style. You can change it any time.

๐Ÿ›ก StrictNo tolerance. 3 warns, then ban.
โš–๏ธ BalancedA little tolerance. 5 warns, then mute. The most used.
๐ŸŒฟ RelaxedMore tolerance. 8 warns, muted for an hour.
2

Fine-tune list and checks

In Group Settings you decide how many posts to engage back, whether to accept a second profile (mirror), how many posts can be forgotten and how often the same person can post. Further down are the premium rules and the extra filters, like business profiles only or reels only: each costs one more request per post.

3

Make the bot talk your way

In Customise Messages you write the welcome, the rules and the list message, with their buttons. Here you also decide what to block (forwarded messages, duplicate posts, members who haven't started the bot) and whether the bot should rewrite posts in a nicer format or react with an emoji.

Already have a group set up just the way you like? On the group page there's Copy the configuration from another group, and that's also where you create an easy link to share, like engagebot.pro/c/yourgroup. The group's Time Zone decides when premium and autodrop expire and when daily limits reset.

โš ๏ธ Changing a group's network (or switching to or from story views) clears that group's autodrop, pending list, blacklist and must follow.
Next: ๐Ÿ‘ฅ Members: commands and list โ†’

๐Ÿ‘ฅ Members: commands and list #

Members only need a few moves. Put them in your rules message so they find them right away.

1

They start the bot in private

They tap the bot, then Start: without this the bot can't send them the list. If you want, you can block posts from those who haven't done it yet (Customise Messages โ†’ Errors Management).

2

They ask for the list and engage

With /list they get the posts to engage with. If you prefer, the list can appear in the group, visible only to whoever asked for it.

3

They post their link

They paste the link to their post in the group, with the mirror profile's @username and Dx if the group asks for it. In saves groups they send the bot, in private, screenshots of the saved posts.

Other commands members can use:

CommandWhat it's for
/rulesThe group rules
/mywarnTheir own warns (if warns are on)
/mystats ยท /mydropsTheir own statistics, in private
/ordersIn private: their orders and how far along they are
Next: ๐Ÿ›ก Warns, bans and blacklist โ†’

๐Ÿ›ก Warns, bans and blacklist #

Warns are the friendly way to enforce the rules: first a warning, then a punishment, and in between some time to make up for it.

1

Turn on automatic warns

In Customise Messages โ†’ Warns System turn on Auto warn users if they didn't engage: whoever posts without doing the list gets a warn, in the group and in private, with the texts you choose.

2

Give time to make up

With Time to engage back the member has a few minutes to complete the list: if they do, the warn disappears by itself. It's the detail that makes a group strict but not unfriendly.

3

Choose the punishment

After the max warns the member is muted or banned, for a while or forever, and if you want their warns start again from zero. With Global Warns (Bot settings) warns count across all the bot's groups together.

When an admin needs to step in

In the group, replying to a message or with @user:

CommandWhat it does
/warn ยท /unwarnGives or removes a warn
/ban ยท /unbanBans or unbans
/mute ยท /unmuteMutes or unmutes
/blacklist @profile ยท /unblacklistBlocks a social profile in that group
/removeDeletes the post
/info @userSends you their statistics in private
/superban ยท /superunbanBans from all the bot's groups (off by default)

Each command can be switched on or off in Customise Messages โ†’ Admin Commands in the Group. To review everything there's the Members menu: Warnings โ†’   Missed Engagements โ†’   Blacklist โ†’

๐Ÿ’ก With the log channel โ†’ you get a message for every missed engagement, and see everything at a glance.
Next: ๐Ÿ”” Notifications and log channel โ†’

๐Ÿ”” Notifications and log channel #

Two minutes spent once, so you always know what's happening in your groups.

1

Choose who gets the notifications

The Notification User gets the important messages from the bot: subscription expiry, daily requests at 70, 80 and 90%, credits used, the evening orders summary and the weekly report. Tap the button, the bot opens, press Start: it's you.

โš ๏ธ If that person blocks the bot or deletes their account, the panel tells you at the top of the dashboard and next to Notifications: just unblock the bot and press Start, or choose someone else.
2

Add an email

On the same page add an email: expiry reminders arrive there too.

3

Create the log channel

A Telegram channel where the bot writes every missed engagement. Create the channel, add the bot as an admin, post a message and paste its link here.

Next: ๐Ÿค– Your bot: private chat, commands and messages โ†’

๐Ÿค– Your bot: private chat, commands and messages #

The bot is yours: you can make it talk in private chat, give it commands and buttons, and use it to write to all your members.

1

Write the private welcome

In Private Chat Settings write what the bot replies when someone starts it, with your buttons. With whitelabel โ€œBot created with EngageBot.PROโ€ disappears too (added to your plan when you buy).

2

Add commands and buttons

Create commands like /prices or /vip with text and buttons: private chat commands live here, group commands in Customise Messages. Buttons are made with the visual editor, or by writing one line per row, like this:

๐Ÿ“‹ List - list || ๐Ÿ“œ Rules - rules
๐Ÿ’ฌ Contact me - https://t.me/yourname

Actions are list, rules, botchat, a link or a /command.

3

Write to everyone, whenever you want

From Send Messages you send a private message to whoever you want (everyone, some people, the members of certain groups), now or scheduled. With Periodic Messages the bot reposts an announcement in your groups every so many minutes, with photos and buttons: perfect to promote your other groups.

When the day's requests run out, with Daily Limit Exceeded the bot keeps the chat tidy and answers commands, but doesn't check or accept new posts until midnight; alternatively it can use credits โ†’

๐Ÿ’ก The bot's name, picture and description are changed in @BotFather with /setname, /setuserpic, /setdescription and /setabouttext.
Next: โญ Premium, autodrop and must follow โ†’

โญ Premium, autodrop and must follow #

Premium and autodrop let someone post without the list. It's the most common way to earn with a group: you sell a โ€œskip the queueโ€ spot to whoever wants more visibility.

1

A customer wants to post without the list? Make them premium

A premium is a Telegram user. You give them an expiry or a number of posts, posts per day, how many times their post comes back to the list (reposts) and a priority. At expiry they're removed automatically; with Clean up at expiry their pending posts go too.

2

Want their posts to go out by themselves? Use autodrop

An autodrop is a social profile: every 30 minutes the bot checks whether it published something in the last 24 hours and posts it in the group automatically, with the same options as premium. How many profiles you can have depends on your plan. Works on Instagram (likes, comments, saves), Threads and X.

3

Their posts don't all go out at once

Premium, autodrop and reposts go through the pending post list and are spread over time, by the priority and distances you set in Group Settings. You can also add a post manually, with how many times to repost it.

Want to guarantee a number of likes instead of a number of reposts? In premium and autodrop choose ๐Ÿ“ฆ Target: the post keeps coming back to the list until it reaches the target. How orders work โ†’

Finally, Premium Follow: profiles members must follow to post, mandatory or just suggested, on Instagram and TikTok. Add them to your plan on the purchase page, then here: Premium Follow โ†’

Next: ๐Ÿ“ฆ Orders: sell results โ†’

๐Ÿ“ฆ Orders: sell results #

An order is a post that must reach an interaction target, for example 100 likes: it keeps coming back to the list until members get there. You sell a result, not a number of reposts.

1

Create the order

In Posts โ†’ Orders tap New order: pick the group, paste the post link and set the target. Optionally, who to notify when it's done.

2

The group gets it done

The post keeps coming back to the list until the target is reached, with cross-checks and no extra requests. Meanwhile you see who interacted and the pace of the last 7 days.

3

The customer follows it on their own

By sending /orders to the bot in private they see their orders with progress, and when one is completed they get a message (customise it in Customise Messages โ†’ Message Format).

Orders also come from premium and autodrop in ๐Ÿ“ฆ Target mode, from your SMM panel โ†’, from the API and from EngageBot AI. Each plan includes a number of active orders at the same time: 3, 10, 25 or 75, and you can add more when you buy. When they're all in use, premium and autodrop posts go out once without a target and you get a summary in the evening. Orders don't work in saves groups or groups with no check.

Next: ๐Ÿ›’ SMM Provider โ†’

๐Ÿ›’ SMM Provider #

Do you run an SMM panel? With the SMM Provider your groups become services in your panel: customers buy there, EngageBot delivers in the group, and the money stays between you and them.

1

Get the address and key

In Sell & integrate โ†’ SMM Provider you'll find the address https://engagebot.pro/smm/api/v2 and your personal key.

2

Connect your panel

In your SMM panel go to Providers โ†’ Add provider, paste address and key and import the services.

3

Create the services to sell

With the builder choose what to sell, even several services on the same group (up to 100):

โ˜๏ธ One postThe customer sends a link and gets the interactions on that post.
๐Ÿ“ฆ PackageA profile's new posts, for a number of posts or days.
๐Ÿ”„ SubscriptionLike a package, but the customer picks quantity and duration within the limits you set.

For each service choose whether to guarantee the interactions (one order per post) or do classic reposts.

Each order coming from the panel uses one of your plan's active orders, and packages use an autodrop slot. You set the prices in your own panel. The SMM Provider costs โ‚ฌ9.99 per month (Starter, Professional, Enterprise) and is included in Corporation.

Next: ๐Ÿ“Š Statistics, rankings and reports โ†’

๐Ÿ“Š Statistics, rankings and reports #

Numbers tell you how the group is doing and who keeps it going. You'll find them in four places.

โ˜€๏ธ TodayOn the dashboard: posts, members active in the last 7 days, missed engagements and requests used, group by group.
๐Ÿ“ˆ Advanced StatisticsNormal, premium and autodrop posts day by day and hour by hour. The range depends on the plan: from 7 days to 18 months, older posts are archived.
๐Ÿ† Top 100Who posts the most, the most active premium users and who posts without engaging.
๐Ÿ“‹ Tables and CSVUsers, posts, pending list, orders, premium and autodrop, downloadable for Excel or Google Sheets.

The Monday report

Every Monday at 9:00 (bot time zone) you get your week on Telegram: posts, active and new members, missed engagements, warns and bans, busiest day and hour, the most active, who to keep an eye on, expiring premium, orders and a tip. It goes to the Notification User and, if you want, to your Team. Curious? Get a preview.

๐Ÿค Team: your collaborators #

Let your moderators manage the groups without giving them the bot token: everyone logs in with their own Telegram and sees only what you decide.

1

Create the invite link

In Bot settings โ†’ Team you create one link per person.

2

Choose role and groups

Some groups or all of them, including the ones you'll add. And a role:

AdministratorEverything except subscription, invoices, token and Team.
ModeratorManages premium, users and posts; sees the configuration.
Read onlySees everything, changes nothing.
CustomYou choose, area by area: no access, view or edit.
3

Send the link

It's valid for 7 days and works once. The person logs in with Telegram and finds only their groups, with a menu made for them.

Each plan includes Team seats (1, 3, 10 or 25) and you can add more when you buy. In Recent activity you see who did what in the last 90 days. Collaborators can get the weekly report and, if you allow it, use EngageBot AI with their own permissions.

โœจ EngageBot AI and API #

Manage your groups by talking to Claude or ChatGPT: โ€œwho has the most missed engagements this week?โ€, โ€œgive @mario premium for 30 daysโ€, โ€œhow is the Dx30 group doing?โ€.

1

Open EngageBot AI in the panel

In Sell & integrate โ†’ EngageBot AI you'll find the address to connect and step-by-step instructions.

2

Add the connector

In Claude: Settings โ†’ Connectors โ†’ Add custom connector. In ChatGPT: add a custom MCP server. The address is https://engagebot.pro/mcp.

3

Allow and ask

Allow access from the panel and you can start. The AI only sees this bot's groups, and always asks for confirmation before bans, removals and changes.

EngageBot AI is included from Enterprise up. On Starter (โ‚ฌ2.99) and Professional (โ‚ฌ3.99) it's an add-on, with a 30-day free trial from the first connection.

Developers API

To connect your own tools there's the API: groups, users, bans, missed engagements, statistics, posts, premium, autodrop, orders and SMM. You authenticate with the bot token (an active subscription is required), up to 30 requests per minute.

It depends on how many posts are published, how many you check and the engagement type. The calculator tells you and suggests the plan.

2

Top up credits

In the panel you pay with credits: 1 credit is worth โ‚ฌ0.20. Top up by card or crypto, and the more you top up, the more bonus credits you get.

3

Choose plan and duration

The more months you take, the less you spend: 3 months โˆ’5%, 6 months โˆ’10%, 12 months โˆ’15%, 24 months โˆ’20%. Optionally customise the limits (requests, autodrop, follow, orders, Team seats) and add whitelabel, EngageBot AI or SMM Provider.

To stop thinking about it, turn on automatic renewal in My Subscription: when 7 days are left it renews one month with your credits, if you have enough. With credit consumption, over the daily limit the bot uses 1 credit to get more requests. Want to change plan midway? With No renewal you keep the expiry date and pay only the difference.

๐Ÿ’ก With Invite and Earn โ†’ you get 10% in credits of every package bought by the people you invited, forever.

โ“ Frequently asked questions #

The bot doesn't join or activate in the group

Check that the bot is an admin with permission to delete messages, restrict users and invite via link, and that the group is a supergroup. The bot tells you in the group what's missing and activates by itself once everything is fine.

How many requests do I need?

It depends on how many posts are published, how many you check (Dx) and the engagement type: a like costs 2 requests per checked post, a comment 1, likes and comments 3. 7,500 requests a day (Starter) are usually enough for a few medium groups. Open the calculator โ†’

What happens when requests run out?

The bot stops checking until midnight. You can keep it tidying the chat (Daily Limit Exceeded) or turn on credit consumption for extra requests.

Is the bot mine?

Yes, 100%: you see it in @BotFather and choose its name, picture and description. EngageBot.PRO makes it work in your groups.

Can I use one bot in several groups?

Yes, groups are unlimited on every plan. Each group has its own configuration, and you can copy it from one group to another.

How do I change plan?

From Renew Subscription choose the new plan. With No renewal you keep the expiry and pay only the difference; otherwise you add months on the new plan. Choose your plan โ†’

If I stop paying, do I lose everything?

No. The bot pauses, but groups, configurations and statistics stay. When you come back, it starts from where it was.

How do I pay? Do I get an invoice?

You top up credits by card or crypto. We ask for your billing details first; invoices are in Subscription & Credits โ†’ Invoices.

Can I turn a group off without losing anything?

Yes: TURN IT OFF on the group page. It uses no requests and the configuration stays.

How do I see what happened in the group?

In the panel: the Posts, Missed Engagements and Warnings tables, and the log channel. On Telegram (desktop and Android): Group info โ†’ Recent actions, covering the last 48 hours.
